5.1 Proposals & Agreements

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and due dates, will be specified in the service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

5.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling of events or projects must be communicated in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the respective service agreement.

6. User-Submitted Content

By submitting any content through our website (including contact forms, applications, or feedback), you grant Zenifire a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes.
